초록
본 연구는 초·중등학령기의 문제행동 발달과정을 연계적으로 파악·이해하는 것을 목적 으로 하였다. 육아정책연구소의 한국아동패널 8～16차 자료를 이용하여 초등학교 1, 3, 5 학년, 중학교 1, 3학년생의 문제행동이 어떤 발달적 변화를 보이는지 살펴보았다. 본 연 구의 분석 대상 수는 713명이었고, 문제행동은 Achenbach와 Rescorla(2001)가 개발한 CBCL 6-18 척도를 오경자와 김영아(2010)가 한국판으로 표준화한 것으로 측정하였다. 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 29 프로그램을 사용하여, 연구대상의 성에 따라 초·중 등 다섯 시점에서의 문제행동 발달과정을 일반선형모형(GLM) 반복측정 분산분석을 통해 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 학년이 올라감에 따라 문제행동 총점은 감소하였으며, 내재화 문 제, 외현화 문제, 사회적 미성숙 문제, 사고 문제, 주의집중 문제 하위요인 또한 감소하였 다. 그리고, 학년과 성별 간 상호작용 효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과 를 바탕으로 본 연구는 추후 문제행동을 예방하기 위한 방안 수립에 기여하고자 하였다.
This research was carried out using the 8th～16th Panel study on Korean children by Korea Institute of Child Care and Education. The purpose of this research was to find out the developmental changes in the emotional and behavioral problems of elementary and middle school students. The subjects of this research were 713 students. Emotional and b1ehavioral problems were measured by the Korean version(Oh & Kim, 2010) of CBCL 6-18(Achenbach & Rescorla, 2001). The data were analyzed using GLM Repeated Measures ANOVA. The research results were as follows: First, students’ emotional and behavioral problems were decreased according to grades. Second, the interaction effects between students’ grades and genders in the emotional and behavioral problems were not significant. This research helps to understand developmental changes of the emotional and behavioral problems from childhood to early adolescence and to develop prevention programs of problems.
