초록
본 연구는 사회복지 종사자가 생애 전반에서 경험한 외상 사건과 외상 후 성장의 잠재 집단 분석 및 그에 따른 회복탄력성과 의도적 반추의 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 2024년 12월 18일부터 2025년 1월 27일까지 사회복지 종사자를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하 여(눈덩이 표집), 총 188명의 자료를 분석하였다. 잠재프로파일분석을 통해 잠재집단 수 를 결정한 뒤, 삼단계 접근(three-step approach)을 적용하여 집단 간 회복탄력성과 의도 적 반추의 차이를 검증하였다. 그 결과 3개 잠재집단이 도출되었으며, ‘저외상 저성장’, ‘저외상 중성장’, ‘중외상 고성장’ 집단으로 명명하였다. 집단 간 비교에서 의도적 반추와 회복탄력성은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이는 사회복지 종사자의 외상 경험 이후 반응을 증 상과 성장의 공존 및 이질성 관점에서 이해하고, 맞춤형 지원 전략의 필요성을 제기한다.
This study aimed to identify latent profiles of trauma symptoms and posttraumatic growth (PTG) among social workers and to examine differences in resilience and deliberate rumination. An online survey was conducted between December 18, 2024 and January 27, 2025, and data from 188 social workers were analyzed using latent profile analysis. A three-step approach was applied to test differences in resilience and deliberate rumination across latent groups. Three profiles emerged: Low Trauma –Low Growth, Low Trauma–Moderate Growth, and Moderate Trauma–High Growth. Significant between-group differences were found in both deliberate rumination and resilience. These findings suggest that social workers’ post-trauma responses should be understood emphasizing heterogeneity and the coexistence of distress and growth, thereby supporting the need for tailored interventions based on latent profiles.
