초록
본 연구는 2006년부터 2025년까지 상담자 애착유형과 관련된 국내 학술지 35편의 연구 동향 및 주요결과를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 상담자 애착유형 연구의 전망 및 함의를 제 시하고자 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자 애착유형 연구는 2006년을 시작 으로 2025년까지 꾸준하게 진행되고 있다. 둘째, 연구에서 주로 사용된 측정도구는 친밀 관계경험척도(ECR-R)로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구의 주요변인은 작업동맹, 역전이 관리능력, 상담자 발달수준, 소진 순으로 연구되었다. 넷째, 상담자의 불안정 애착은 작업동맹, 역전 이 관리능력, 상담자 발달수준과는 부적상관, 소진과는 정적상관이 나타났다. 그러나 회 귀분석에서는 연구마다 다소 상이한 결과가 나타나, 후속연구를 통해 구체적인 검증이 필요하다. 또한 상담자 애착유형은 상담관계에 주요한 영향을 미치므로, 이후 상담자-내 담자 애착유형의 상호관계 및 상담자의 불안정 애착에 대한 대처와 관련된 다양하고 심 층적 연구가 지속될 필요가 있다.
This study attempted to analyze the research trends and main results of 35 domestic journals related to the counselor attachment type from 2006 to 2025, and to present the prospects and implications of the study on the counselor attachment type based on analysis. First, research on the counselor attachment type has been steadily progressing from 2006 to 2025. Second, the measurement tool mainly used in the study was the ECR-R. Third, the main variables of the study were work alliance, reversal management ability, counselor development level, and burnout in order. Fourth, the unstable attachment of the counselor showed a positive correlation with work alliance, reversal management ability, counselor development level, and burnout. However, in the regression analysis, results are somewhat different for each study, so detailed verification is needed through subsequent studies. Since the counselor attachment type has a major influence on the counseling relationship, various and in-depth studies related to the interrelationship of the counselor-client attachment type and the counselor's coping with unstable attachment need to be continued.
