초록
본 연구는 중년여성의 부부간 애착손상과 이혼의도에 미치는 영향에서, 배우자 신뢰의 매개효과와 자기자비의 조절효과를 포함한 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 부부간 애착 손상을 경험한 중년여성 237명을 대상으로 구조화된 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였고 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부부간 애착손상이 이혼의도에 미치는 영향에서 배우자 신뢰 의 매개효과가 유의하였다. 둘째, 배우자 신뢰와 이혼의도 간 관계에서 자기자비의 조절 효과가 유의하였다. 셋째, 부부간 애착손상이 이혼의도에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비 수준 에 따른 배우자 신뢰의 조절된 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 부부간 애 착손상을 경험한 중년여성의 이혼의도에 대한 상담 개입에서, 자기자비 증진과 함께 배 우자 신뢰를 강화하는 접근의 중요성을 시사한다.
This study examined the moderated mediation effect of spousal trust in the relationship between marital attachment injury and divorce intention in middle-aged women, with self-compassion as a moderator. A survey was conducted with 237 middle-aged women who had experienced marital attachment injury, and the results are as follows. First, spousal trust mediated on the relationship between marital attachment injury and divorce intention. Second, the moderating effect of self-compassion was confirmed on the relationship between spousal trust and divorce intention. Third, self-compassion significantly moderated the mediating effect of spousal trust on the relationship between marital attachment injury and divorce intention. This study suggests the importance of enhancing self-compassion and spousal trust in counseling interventions addressing divorce intention among middle-aged women who have experienced marital attachment injury.
