초록
본 연구는 애착외상이 관계중독에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 검토하고, 이 과정에서 자기체계 손상과 친밀함에 대한 두려움이 어떤 경로로 매개하는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 전국의 20∼40세 성인 300명이 참여하였으며, 성별 비율의 균형을 고려하여 표집하 였다. 참여자들은 애착외상, 관계중독, 자기체계 손상, 친밀함에 대한 두려움에 관한 온라 인 자기보고식 설문에 응답했으며, 이 중 불성실한 응답을 제외한 271명의 자료를 SPSS Statistics 26.0, PROCESS Macro Model 6, PROCESS Macro 4.2를 사용하여 분석하였 다. 분석 결과, 애착외상이 관계중독에 이르는 경로에서 자기체계 손상과 친밀함에 대한 두려움은 각각 독립적이면서도 순차적인 매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러 한 결과는 관계중독이 애착 관련 취약성, 손상된 자기 조직화 능력, 친밀함에 대한 두려 움을 포함하는 보다 넓은 심리적 맥락에서 이해되어야 하며, 상담적 개입을 설계하는 데 이론적 근거를 제공함을 시사한다.
This study exploratorily examined the effect of attachment trauma on relationship addiction and how traumatized self-system and fear of intimacy mediate this relationship. A total of 300 adults aged 20 to 40 from across South Korea completed an online self-report questionnaire, and data from 271 valid cases were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26.0 and PROCESS Macro (Model 6, version 4.2). The results showed that, in the pathway from attachment trauma to relationship addiction, traumatized self-system and fear of intimacy each exhibited independent as well as sequential mediating effects. These findings suggest that relationship addiction should be understood within a broader psychological context that includes attachment-related vulnerability, impaired self-organizing capacity, and fear of intimacy, providing a theoretical basis for counseling interventions.
