초록
본 연구는 내현적 자기애와 외로움의 관계에서 거절민감성과 정서표현 양가성의 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 만 18세-35세까지의 초기 성인기 남녀를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사 를 통해 수집된 총 336부의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 내현적 자기애가 높을수록 거 절민감성과 외로움이 순차적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나, 정서표현 양가성은 외로 움에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 정서표현 양가성의 하위 요인에 따른 분석 결과, 내현적 자기애가 높을수록 거절민감성과 자기방어적 양가성, 외로움이 순차적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 관계관여적 양가성은 외로움에 영향을 미치지 않는 것 으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 상담 장면에서 내현적 자기애가 높은 초기 성인기 내담자의 외로움을 이해하고, 효과적인 개입 방향과 치료 전략에 유용한 근거 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
er emotional expression in the relationship between covert narcissism and loneliness among emerging adults. An online survey was conducted with 336 participants aged 18 to 35. The results indicated that higher levels of covert narcissism were associated with sequential increases in rejection sensitivity and loneliness, whereas ambivalence over emotional expression did not significantly affect loneliness. Subfactor analyses revealed that covert narcissism was positively associated with rejection sensitivity, self-defensive ambivalence, and loneliness in sequence, while relationship-oriented ambivalence was not related to loneliness. These findings provide empirical support for understanding loneliness in emerging adults with high levels of covert narcissism and offer implications for effective counseling interventions and therapeutic strategies.
