초록
본 연구는 대학생의 거부민감성과 공격성 간 관계에서 자기자비의 매개효과와 정서조 절능력의 조절효과를 포함한 조절된 매개효과를 검증했다. 전국의 대학생 309명을 대상 으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 거부민감성, 공격성, 정서조절능력, 자기자비 간에는 모두 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 거부민감성과 공격성 간 의 관계에서 자기자비는 유의한 부분 매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 거부민감성과 자기자비 간의 관계에서 정서조절능력은 조절효과를 가지지 않았다. 본 연구는 공격성에 영향을 미치는 개인 내적 요인을 규명하였으며, 거부민감성과 공격성 간의 관계에서 자기자비가 보호 요인으로서 기능할 수 있음을 밝혔다는 데에 의의가 있다. 이를 바탕으로 내담자의 공격성을 완화하여 긍정적 대인관계 형성을 위한 상담 개입 방향을 제언하였다.
This study examined the moderated mediation effect, including the mediating role of self-compassion and the moderating role of emotional regulation ability in the relationship between University students rejection sensitivity and aggression. A survey was conducted with 309 university students nationwide. The results showed the following: First, significant correlations were found among rejection sensitivity, Aggression, emotional regulation ability and self-compassion. Second, Self-compassion partially mediated the relationship between rejection sensitivity and aggression. Third, in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and self-compassion, emotional regulation ability did not have a moderating effect. This study is meaningful in that identified internal factors of individuals that influence aggression and revealed that self-compassion can function as a protective factor in the relationhip between rejection sensitivity and aggression.
