생성형 AI 발전은 인간 심리를 비롯한 모든 분야에 영향을 미치고 있다. 이 연구는 대 학생의 생성형 AI 사용으로 발생하는 불안 유형을 규명하고 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한 다. 전국 대학생 319명을 대상으로 2단계 군집분석을 실시한 결과, 대학생의 생성형 AI 불안은 ‘전반적 불안형’, ‘불신형’, ‘정체성 불안형’, ‘안정형’ 4개 군집으로 분류되었다. 군 집의 특징 분석을 위해 변량분석과 교차분석을 실시한 결과, 인공지능 불안과 의존도에 서 군집 간 유의한 평균 차이가 나타났으며, 인공지능 리터러시에서는 유의한 차이가 확 인되지 않았다. 또한, 성별, AI 사용 빈도 및 사용 목적에 따라 군집 분포에 유의한 차이 가 나타났으며, ‘전반적 불안형’과 ‘불신형’은 여성 비율이 높고 ‘정체성 불안형’은 학업과 창의적 활동을 병행하며 생성형 AI를 빈번히 사용하는 군집으로 확인되었다. 이 연구는 대학생의 생성형 AI 불안을 유형화하여 AI 활용과 관련된 심리적 부담을 이해하고, 유형 별 맞춤형 학습 전략과 교육·심리적 지원 방안 마련을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다.
The rapid advancement of generative AI is having a widespread impact. This study aims to identify and analyze the types of anxiety that arise from college students' use of generative AI. A two-step cluster analysis was conducted on 319 college students nationwide. The results classified college students' generative AI anxiety into four clusters: 'General Anxiety Type', 'Distrust Type', 'Identity Anxiety Type', and 'Stable Type'. ANOVA and cross-tabulation analyses showed significant mean differences among the clusters in terms of AI anxiety and dependence, but not AI literacy. Furthermore, cluster distribution differed significantly based on gender, AI usage frequency, and purpose of use. The 'General Anxiety Type' and 'Distrust Type' had a higher proportion of women, while the 'Identity Anxiety Type' frequently used generative AI for both academic and creative activities. This study provides foundational data to understand the psychological burden related to AI utilization by classifying anxiety types, and to establish tailored learning strategies and educational/psychological support measures for each cluster.
