초록
본 연구는 간호대학생의 소명의식이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향에서 자아존중감의 매 개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 J지역에 소속된 간호학과 대학생 119명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 간호대학생의 소명의식은 자아존중감과 간호전문직관과 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 자아존중감 또한 간호전문직관과 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 소명의식은 매개변수인 자아존중감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 종속변 수인 간호전문직관에는 소명의식과 자아존중감이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 소명의식이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감 이 매개역할을 수행함으로써, 간호교육에서 소명의식과 자아존중감을 통합적으로 향상시 키기 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램 개발의 근거를 마련하고자 한다.
This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem on the influence of nursing students' sense of calling on their nursing professionalism.The subjects were 119 nursing students from the nursing department in region J, and a survey was conducted. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 statistical software. The results of this study are as follows. First, nursing students' sense of calling showed a significant positive correlation with self-esteem and nursing professionalism, and self-esteem showed a significant positive correlation with nursing professionalism. Second, nursing students' sense of calling had a significant effect on the mediating variable, self-esteem, and both sense of calling and self-esteem were found to have a significant effect on the dependent variable, nursing professionalism. This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of nursing students' sense of calling on their nursing professionalism and the mediating role of self-esteem in this relationship, thereby establishing a basis for developing a program that comprehensively enhances both sense of calling and self-esteem in nursing education.
