초록
본 연구의 목적은 수퍼바이지 비개방에 관한 국내·외 문헌을 체계적으로 고찰하여 연 구 주제별 분류 및 관련 변인의 상호 영향 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 통합적 문헌고찰 방 법과 PRISMA 흐름도를 적용하여 총 49편의 문헌을 분석대상으로 선정하였고, 연구 분 야, 대상, 주제, 방법, 측정도구, 관련 변인을 코딩하여 비교분석하였다. 그 결과, 선정된 문헌은 연도별 증가 추세를 보였고 연구대상은 수퍼바이지 단일집단이 다수를 차지했다. 수퍼비전 성과 및 수퍼바이지 특성 연구에 비해 수퍼비전 과정 연구가 우세하였다. 특히 작업동맹이 수퍼비전 비개방과 함께 가장 많이 다뤄졌다. 측정도구는 13종(국내 1종, 국 외 12종)이었다. 수퍼바이지 비개방을 종속변인으로 다룬 연구가 다수였다. 이상의 결과 를 토대로 연구의 결론, 연구의 한계점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to systematically review Korean and international literature on supervisee non-disclosure, categorizing research topics and analyzing relationships among related variables. Applying the integrative review method and the PRISMA flow diagram, a total of 49 studies were selected for analysis. The findings revealed an increasing trend in publications over time, with the majority of studies focusing on supervisees. Studies on supervision processes were more prevalent than those on supervision outcomes or supervisee characteristics. Thirteen measurement tools were identified(one Korean, twelve international tools) and a majority of studies treated supervisee non-disclosure as a dependent variable. Based on these findings, the study discusses implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
