초록
본 연구는 국내 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 탐색 하고, 이 관계에서 삶의 의미 추구로 조절된 진로결정 수준의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하 였다. 이를 위해 국내 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 548명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 진로결정 자기효능감은 주관적 안녕감에 유의한 정적 영향 을 미쳤다. 둘째, 진로결정 수준은 진로결정 자기효능감과 주관적 안녕감 간의 관계를 매 개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로결정 자기효능감과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 삶의 의미 추구로 조절된 진로결정 수준의 매개효과가 나타났다. 즉, 삶의 의미 추구 수준이 높을수록 진로결정 수준이 낮더라도 주관적 안녕감이 비교적 높은 수준으로 유지되는 완 충 효과가 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 연구의 의의와 한계점을 논의하고, 후속 연 구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
This study investigated the effects of career decision-making self-efficacy on subjective well-being among South Korean college students and examined the mediating role of career decision level, which was moderated by search for meaning in life. Participants were 548 undergraduates enrolled at four-year universities in South Korea. The findings indicated that career decision-making self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on subjective well-being. Furthermore, career decision level mediated the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and subjective well-being. In addition, a moderated mediation effect of search for meaning in life was found, such that students with higher search for meaning maintained relatively high well-being even when their career decision level was low, demonstrating a buffering effect. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed, and suggestions for future research were proposed.
