초록
본 연구는 국내 상담관계에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하여 주요한 성과 등 특징을 정리하 고, 향후 연구 과제를 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2010년 3월부터 2025년 5월까지 KCI등재 학술지에 게재된 상담관계 관련 논문 143편을 대상으로 연도별 동향과 연구주 제 및 용어, 연구대상, 연구방법을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 상담관계 관련 연구들 은 지속적으로 증가해왔으며, 그 중에서도 개관연구와 과정-성과 연구가 높은 증가를 보 였다. 대다수의 양적연구에서 작업동맹의 정의를 사용하고 있었으며, 상담관계, 작업동맹, 치료동맹 등의 용어들이 혼재되는 양상을 구체적으로 확인하였다. 또한 상담자만을 대상 으로 한 연구가 크게 증가하였고, 상담자와 내담자 모두를 대상으로 한 연구는 감소하였 다. 질적연구의 증가와 다양한 연구설계를 통한 다변인간인과분석 방법의 증가도 확인되 었다. 끝으로 이러한 결과를 토대로 상담관계 연구에 대한 시사점과 제언을 제시하였다.
This study examined 143 papers related to counseling relationship from March 2010 to May 2025 to analyze research trends on domestic counseling relationship. As a result, studies ralated to counseling relationship have been increasing, and specially overview studies and process-ouncome studies showed a high increase. About the terms referring to counseling relationship, ‘working alliance’ was used most, and the aspect mixed used of words about counseling relationship was examines practically. Research involving only counselors increased significantly, while the studies involving both counselors and clients decreased. In addition, qualitative research methods and multivariate causal analysis have increased. Based on these results, implications and suggestions for counseling relationship research were discussed.
