초록
본 연구는 미취학 자녀를 둔 기혼 직장 남성을 대상으로, 일-가정 갈등과 번아웃 간의관계에서 정서인식명확성과 정서표현양가성의 순차적 이중매개 효과를 검증하였다. 이를위해 300명의 자료를 수집하여 PROCESS macro(Model 6)을 활용해 분석하였다. 주요분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일-가정 갈등과 번아웃의 총효과는 통계적으로 유의하게나타났다. 둘째, 정서인식명확성과 정서표현양가성은 일-가정 갈등과 번아웃의 관계를 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 감정의 불분명한 인식과 감정표현에 대한 갈등이 일-가정 갈등 상황에 놓인 남성의 번아웃을 심화시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 직장인 남성의 일-가정 갈등이 번아웃에 이르는 경로를 확인함으로써 번아웃을 예방하기 위한 상담 개입 전략을 마련하기 위한 실증적 근거를 제공하였다.
This study investigated the sequential dual mediating effects of emotional clarity and ambivalence over emotional expression in the relationship between work–family conflict and burnout among married working men with preschool children. Data from 300 participants were analyzed using PROCESS macro (Model 6). The results showed that work–family conflict had a statistically significant total effect on burnout.
Moreover, emotional clarity and ambivalence over emotional expression sequentially mediated this relationship. These findings indicate that unclear recognition of emotions and ambivalence about emotional expression may exacerbate burnout in men facing work–family conflict. By identifying these dual emotional pathways, the study provides foundational insights for developing counseling intervention strategies for employed men.
