À̸¦ ¹ÙÅÁÀ¸·Î ÇÑ ¿¬±¸Âü¿©ÀÚµéÀÇ °æÇè°ú °æÇèÀÇ Àǹ̴ ¡®Á¸ÀçÀÇ »ç¶óÁü°ú ³²°ÜÁü¡¯, ¡®»ó½Ç°ú ȸº¹ÀÇ ÀÌÁßÁÖ¡¯, ¡®¼ºÀåÀÇ °úÁ¤¿¡ ÀÚ¸®ÇÔ.¡¯, ¡®Á¸ÀçÀÇ ÀÚ¸®·ÎÀÇ ¿©Á¤¡¯ À¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. This study aimed to explore the lived experiences and the meanings of workers bereaved by a colleague¡¯s death in a serious industrial accidents. To achieve this purpose, the narratives of two workers who lost their colleague in workplace accidents were examined. Data were collected from March to April 2025 through in-depth interviews, phone conversations, and field notes. The data analysis followed the narrative inquiry procedure proposed by Clandinin and Connelly(2000). As a result, unique emotional experiences emerged from each participant¡¯s story. The themes derived from their narratives and the meanings of their experiences were categorized as follows: ¡°Disappearance and remaining of existence¡±, ¡°The duet of loss and recovery¡±, ¡°Situated in the process of growth¡±, and ¡°A journey toward the place of being¡±. Based on the personal, practical, and social justifications derived from these research results, social consensus for workers who experienced bereavement due to serious industrial accidents. Implications for further research were also proposed.
