As the demand for psychological support for disaster survivors¡¯ emotional stability and recovery grows, the need for remote psychological services that enable personalized, accessible care has become increasingly important. This study analyzed differences in expectations for remote disaster psychological services functions among 2,000 adults with disaster experiences. Chi-square tests showed significant differences by age, gender, disaster type, damage characteristics, duration, child impact, and awareness or prior use of support services. Multinomial logistic regression revealed that adults aged 60 or older preferred ¡°technology education,¡± social disaster survivors favored ¡°self-assessment,¡± and those with longer damage duration preferred ¡°resource linkage.¡± Physical injury and prior service use were associated with higher preference for ¡°online peer support.¡± Based on these findings, we proposed directions for designing effective Remote disaster psychological services.
