초록
이 연구의 목적은 시각장애인의 일상생활 스트레스가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 일상생활 스트레스와 생활만족도의 관계에서 장애수용의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 이를위해 D지역에 있는 시각장애인 400명을 대상으로 조사를 진행하였고, 회수된 설문지 중362부의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 27 프로그램과 SPSS Process macro를 사용하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일상생활 스트레스가낮을수록 장애수용이 높아졌다. 둘째, 일상생활 스트레스가 낮을수록 생활만족도는 높아졌다. 셋째, 일상생활 스트레스가 낮을수록 장애수용은 높아졌고, 생활만족도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 장애수용은 완전매개효과를 보였다. 연구결과를 토대로 시각장애인의 생활만족도 향상을 위한 장애수용 증진과 스트레스 경감 방안을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of daily life stress on life satisfaction among individuals with visual impairments and to explore the mediating role of disability acceptance in this relationship. A total of 400 individuals with visual impairments residing in region D participated in the survey, and 362 valid responses were used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 27 and the SPSS PROCESS macro. The results indicated that lower levels of daily life stress were significantly associated with higher levels of disability acceptance. In addition, lower daily life stress was linked to higher life satisfaction. Furthermore, disability acceptance was found to fully mediate the relationship between daily life stress and life satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of promoting disability acceptance and reducing daily life stress to enhance life satisfaction among individuals with visual impairments.
