초록
본 연구는 한국인 재난경험자의 외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD) 위험군을 선별하기 위한 한국어 특화 인공지능(AI) 모델 개발을 목표로 한다. 기존 대면 평가 방식의 접근성한계를 극복하고자, 1,249명의 재난경험자로부터 수집한 음성 인터뷰 기반의 텍스트 데이터셋을 국내 최초로 구축하였다. 한국판 PTSD 체크리스트(K-PCL-5)를 기준으로 데이터를 증상군과 정상군으로 분류하고, KoBERT, KoELECTRA, KoRoBERTa 모델을 미세조정하여 성능을 평가했다. 실험 결과, 발화자의 배경 정보와 대화 맥락을 포함하고, 개인의전체 발화를 하나의 서사로 분석하는 방식이 가장 효과적이었다. 최상위 모델은F1-Score 0.838, 증상군 재현율 0.75의 경쟁력 있는 성능을 보여, 향후 비대면 온라인PTSD 평가 서비스의 핵심 기술로서의 실용적 가능성을 입증하였다.
This study aims to develop a Korean-specific AI model to screen for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) risk groups among Korean disaster survivors. To overcome the accessibility limitations of traditional face-to-face assessments, a novel text dataset was constructed from voice interviews with 1,249 survivors. Using the Korean PTSD Checklist (K-PCL-5) for classification, the performance of several fine-tuned language models was evaluated. The results indicated that the most effective approach involved analyzing an individual's entire narrative combined with their background and conversational context. The top-performing model demonstrated competitive performance with an F1-Score of 0.838 and a symptom group recall of 0.75, proving its practical potential as a core technology for future remote online PTSD assessment services.
