초록
본 연구는 일의 심리학(PWT) 이론에 기반하여 초심상담자의 경제적 제약과 직무만족간의 관계에서 일 자유의지 및 괜찮은 일의 구조적 역할을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해전국에 소재하며, 고용 형태 및 임금 유무와 관계없이 상담 또는 심리학 관련 학과 학사학위 소지자이거나 석사 재학 이상인 자로서 현재 상담 관련 기관에서 내담자를 만나고있는, 상담 경력 3년 이하인 초심상담자 총 301명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 분석에 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 경제적 제약이 일 자유의지와 괜찮은 일을순차적으로 거쳐 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 간접효과가 확인되었다. 이는 초심상담자의 직무만족에 있어 경제적 제약과 더불어 일 자유의지 및 괜찮은 일의 매개 역할이 중요함을 시사한다.
Based on the psychology of working (PWT) theory, this study attempted to explore the structural role of work volition will and decent work in the relationship between economic constraints and job satisfaction of novice counselors. To this end, data were collected from a total of 301 novice counselors with less than three years of counseling experience, who are located across the country and have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in counseling or psychology regardless of employment type and wage, and are currently meeting clients at counseling-related institutions, and the structural equation model was used for analysis. As a result of the study, a significant indirect effect of economic constraints affecting job satisfaction through work volition will and decent work sequentially was confirmed. This suggests that economic constraints, work volition, and a mediating role of decent work are important in job satisfaction of novice counselors.
