초록
본 연구는 2013년부터 2024년까지 발표된 국내 인간중심상담 관련 연구 133편을 대상 으로 연구 동향을 분석하고 향후 연구 및 실천 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구주제, 연 구대상, 연구방법을 중심으로 내용분석을 실시한 결과, 주제는 성과연구와 이론연구에 집 중되어 있었으며 상담자 및 상담에 대한 지각, 성격·적응, 학업 관련 연구는 부족하였다. 연구대상은 아동, 청소년, 성인에 편중되어 있었고, 방법에서는 문헌고찰이 많았으나 혼 합연구를 포함하면 질적·양적연구가 더 높아 이론 고찰보다 실증연구의 비중이 더 높게 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 인간중심상담 연구의 발전과 후속 연구 방향을 제언하였다.
This study analyzed 133 Korean studies on person-centered counseling published between 2013 and 2024 to identify research trends and suggest future directions. Content analysis was conducted by research topic, participants, and methodology. Results showed a focus on outcome and theoretical studies, with fewer studies on counselor and counseling perceptions, personality, adjustment, and academic issues. Participants were mainly children, adolescents, and adults. While literature reviews were most common in terms of methodology, when mixed-method studies were included, the proportion of qualitative and quantitative research was higher, indicating that empirical studies outweighed theoretical reviews. Based on these findings, suggestions are offered for the advancement of person-centered counseling research.
