초록
본 연구는 중년여성의 위기감이 의미추구, 생성감, 의미발견을 매개로 삶의 만족에 어 떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 구조적 관계를 살펴보고, 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 중년여성 396명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 21.0 을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 중년여성의 위기감과 삶의 만족과의 관계에서 위기감이 의미발견을 통해 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 부분매개효과가 있었고, 의미추구 와 의미발견의 순차적 이중부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 또한 의미추구와 생성감, 의미발 견의 순차적 삼중부분매개효과도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 중년여성 의 삶의 만족을 높이기 위해서는 위기감 자체를 낮추려는 노력과 함께 의미추구, 생성감, 의미발견에 대한 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.
This study is aimed to examine the structural relation between sense of crisis on life satisfaction in middle-aged women with search for meaning, generativity and presence of meaning as mediators and verify their mediating effects. For the foregoing, this study conducted a survey targeting 396 middle-aged women and analyzed data using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 21.0. For the results, in the relation between middle-aged women's sense of crisis and life satisfaction, sense of crisis had a partial mediating effect on life satisfaction through presence of meaning. A serial double partial mediating effect of search for meaning and presence of meaning was confirmed. The serial triple mediation effect of search for meaning, generativity and presence of meaning was also be significant. These results suggest that in order to increase the life satisfaction of middle-aged women, it is necessary to intervene in the search for meaning, generativity and presence of meaning identified as parameters, along with efforts to lower the sense of crisis itself.
