초록
본 연구에서는 상담자의 윤리적 딜레마 대처 능력 향상을 위해 사례 중심의 윤리 교육 단기 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 요구도 조사와 문헌 연구, 예비 프로그램 실시 및 전문가 타당도 평가를 통해 6회기 프로그램을 완성하였다. 효과 검증 을 위해 경력 3~5년의 중급 상담자 52명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 배정하고, 사전·사후 윤리적 실천 자기효능감과 주제별 대처 준비도를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 실험집단은 두 변 인 모두에서 유의한 향상을 보여 프로그램의 효과가 확인되었다. 끝으로 본 연구의 함의 와 제한점 및 후속 과제를 논의하였다.
This study aimed to develop a short-term, case-based ethics education program for counselors and examine its effectiveness in enhancing their ability to address ethical dilemmas. The program was developed through a needs analysis, literature review, pilot implementation, and expert validation, and finalized as a six-session curriculum. To evaluate its effectiveness, fifty-two intermediate-level counselors with 3 to 5 years of experience were assigned to an experimental or control group, and their ethical practice self-efficacy and readiness to address ethical issues were measured before and after participation. Results indicated that the experimental group showed significant improvements in both measures, supporting the program’s effectiveness. Implications, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed.
