The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between positive psychological capital and service quality of caregivers. The subjects of the study were caregivers working at 15 home welfare centers in K City, Gyeongsangnam-do, and a total of 300 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between all variables among caregivers' positive psychological capital, job satisfaction, and service quality. Second, the partial mediating effect of job satisfaction was confirmed in the relationship between caregivers' positive psychological capital and service quality. That is, both the direct path from positive psychological capital to service quality and the indirect path through job satisfaction were significant. These results suggest that it is necessary to increase positive psychological capital and job satisfaction in order to improve the service quality of caregivers.
