초록
본 연구는 산업현장에 특화된 문제기반학습법인 IC-PBL을 대학 수업에 적용할 수 있 는 교수모델을 제안하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 등 선행연구를 검토하였고, 시범 적용을 위한 실험연구를 진행하였다. 특히, 대학생 12명을 대상으로 IC-PBL 현장통 합형 모델을 외식전문기업과 연계하여 진행하였고, 학습 결과에 대한 피드백과 인터뷰 등을 통해 성과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 IC-PBL은 산업현장과 접목 시 타 유형의 강의 및 토론식 수업에 비해 질 높은 수업이 가능함을 확인하였다. 또한 인문사회와 외식조리 가 융합하는 등 다양한 계열에서 새로운 학습법으로 적용이 가능함을 확인하였다. 본 연 구는 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 IC-PBL을 적용한 교수모델을 부분형, 전체형 등 상황에 맞게 적용할 수 있음을 확인하고 관련한 모형을 제안하였다.
This study aims to propose a teaching model that can apply IC-PBL, a problem-based learning corporation specialized in industrial sites to university classes. To this end, literature research and prior research were reviewed, and experimental research was conducted through tests. In particular, the IC-PBL field integrated model was conducted for 12 university students in connection with restaurant companies, and the results were analyzed through feedback and interviews on the results of the study. As a result of the study, IC-PBL was able to provide high-quality classes compared to other types of lectures or discussion classes when grafting with industrial sites. It also confirmed that it can be applied as a new learning method in various sectors such as humanities, society and cooking. Based on the results of these studies, this study confirmed that the class model applied with IC-PBL can be applied according to the situation such as partial type and full body, and proposed the model.
