이 연구의 목적은 공군사관생도들의 학교생활적응 과정에서 중요한 요소인 가족건강성, 사회 적지지, 회복탄력성, 조직몰입의 구조적 관계를 밝히는데 있다. 공군사관생도 342명의 설문을 수 집하였고, 관찰변인 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 진행하였다. 연구문제를 분석한 결과, 기각된 직접효과 네 개 경로를 제외한 대안모형을 제시하였다. 대 안모형은 연구모형과 비교했을 때 모형 적합도에 차이가 없으며, 더욱 간명하기 때문에 수집 한 데이터에 적절한 모형이라고 판단하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공군사관생도의 가족건강성, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성, 조직몰입, 학교생활적응 간의 구 조적 모형의 적합도는 양호하였다. 둘째, 가족건강성과 사회적지지는 회복탄력성에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 회복탄력성은 조직몰입과 학교생활적응에 직접적 인 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 조직몰입은 학교생활적응에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 살 펴본 모든 경로는 유의하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 후속연구에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships between family strength, social support, resilience, organizational commitment, and school life adjustment, which are key factors in the adaptation process of Air Force Academy cadets. Surveys from 342 cadets were collected, and the study employed observational variable analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The analysis of the research questions led to the proposal of an alternative model, excluding four rejected direct effect paths. The alternative model showed no significant difference in model fit compared to the original model and was considered more appropriate due to its simplicity. The results of the study are summarized as follows: First, the structural model among family strength, social support, resilience, organizational commitment, and school life adjustment in Air Force cadets showed good model fit. Second, family strength and social support had a direct positive effect on resilience. Third, resilience had a direct positive effect on both organizational commitment and school life adjustment. Fourth, organizational commitment had a direct positive effect on school life adjustment, and all examined paths were significant. Finally, the study discusses its implications and suggestions for future research.
