The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between supervisor¡¯s multicultural competence, role conflict, working alliance, supervisees¡¯ non-disclosure. A structural equation model including the four variables was formulated based on previous studies. 207 counselors-in-training who experienced non-disclosure in supervision within 2 years answered a survey. Results indicated that supervisor¡¯s multicultural competence was negatively related to supervisees¡¯ non-disclosure in total effect. Supervisor¡¯s multicultural competence was negatively related to role conflict, and positively related to working alliance, which mediated the relationship between supervisor¡¯s multicultural competence and supervisees¡¯ non-disclosure. However, supervisor¡¯s multicultural competence directly increased on supervisees¡¯ non-disclosure when excluding indirect effects. Based on the results, the ways to reduce supervisees¡¯ non-disclosure were discussed.
