This study focused on domestic EAP companies to understand the types of perceptions of peers of Generation Z and their characteristics in depth. To this end, by applying the Q methodology, Q sorting was conducted on 40 Q samples of 20 Gen Z (9 males and 11 females) of domestic EAP companies using the forced classification method, and the subjectivity perception of peers was explored using the QUANL program. As a result of the study, perceptions of colleagues were derived into four types: "work cooperation type", "emotional stability type", "growth support type", and "public relationship type". This study is meaningful in that it categorized and analyzed the subjectivity of Gen Z's peers, and it is expected that it can be used as basic data for education and organizational culture development using peers.
