초록
본 연구는 2013년부터 2023년까지의 군 간부 관련 군 상담 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 총 208편의 학술지 및 학위 논문을 바탕으로, 첫째, 2013년 이후 꾸준한 연구가 이루어졌음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 군 간부, 여군, 군 가족에 관한 연구가 부족하며, 육군에 치중된 연구로 인해 각 군의 특수성을 고려한 연구가 미흡했다. 셋째, 연구는 주로 양적 연구 방법론에 집중되었고, 자살, 대인관계, 군 가족 관련 주제는 상대적으로 저조했다. 또한, 상담이론을 명확히 적용한 연구가 드물었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 군 간부 상담 연구의 시사점과 후속 연구 방향을 제시하였다.
This study analyzed trends in military counseling research related to military officers from 2013 to 2023. Based on a total of 208 academic journals and dissertations, the findings confirmed that, first, consistent research has been conducted since 2013. Second, there is a lack of research on military officers, female soldiers, and military families, with many studies focused on the Army, indicating insufficient research that considers the specific characteristics of each branch of the military. Third, the research mainly focused on quantitative methodologies, and topics related to suicide, interpersonal relationships, and military families were relatively underrepresented. Furthermore, studies that clearly applied counseling theories were rare. Based on these results, this study highlights the implications of counseling research for military officers and suggests directions for future research.
