This study investigates research on career teachers to enhance their roles and improve the school career education environment. A total of 164 research papers were analyzed using text mining and semantic network analysis to identify key topics and their relationships. Frequently occurring keywords included career education, duties, competencies, and counseling. From these, four main themes were derived: (1) Student competency development, (2) Performance in school career education, (3) Job experience programs, and (4) Teacher training for career education expertise. The findings provide a comprehensive understanding of the core research areas, offering strategies to enhance school career guidance and support. These insights can inform future policies and practices in career education.
