초록
본 연구에서는 심리상담자의 발달수준과 진정성에 따라 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 군집에 따른 심리적 소진의 차이를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 심리상담자 287명이고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 심리상담자의 발달수준과 진정성에 따라 ‘진 정성이 낮은 초심상담자’, ‘진정성을 추구하는 초심상담자 ’, ‘진정성을 추구하는 경력상담자’, ‘진정성 이 높은 전문상담자’ 등 총 4개의 군집으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 심리상담자의 발달수준과 진정성에 따 른 군집별 심리적 소진과 하위요인의 차이를 검증하였다. 그 결과 ‘진정성이 낮은 초심상담자’ 군집 에서 심리적 소진과 하위요인인 정서적 소모, 비인간화, 개인적 성취감소가 가장 높은 것으로 확인 되었다. 반면 ‘진정성이 높은 전문상담자’ 군집에서 심리적 소진이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 심리상담자의 발달수준과 진정성 수준에 따라 심리상담자의 심리적 소진을 예방할 수 있는 보호요인으로 작용할 수 있다는 점을 밝혔다는 점에 그 의의가 있다.
In this study, the difference in psychological burnout according to the cluster was verified to find out the effect of psychological burnout according to the level of development and authenticity of psychological counselors. The subjects of the study were 287 psychological counselors, and the collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of the study, first, depending on the level of development and authenticity of the psychological counselor, it was derived into a total of four clusters: 'novice counselors with low authenticity', 'novice counselors seeking authenticity', 'career counselors seeking authenticity', and 'professional counselors with high authenticity'. Second, the difference between psychological burnout and sub-factors of each cluster according to the level of development and authenticity of the psychological counselor was verified. As a result, it was confirmed that psychological burnout and sub-factors such as emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment were the highest in the 'novice counselors with low authenticity' cluster. On the other hand, psychological burnout was found to be the lowest in the 'professional counselors with high authenticity' cluster. The significance of this study is that it revealed that the developmental level of counselors and their level of authenticity can act as protective factors to prevent psychological burnout.
