초록
본 연구는 데이트폭력경험자의 자기노출과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 정신화와 의도적 반추가 이 중으로 매개하여 외상 후 성장에 영향을 주는지에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 전국에 소 재한 대학교에 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 총 179명을 대상으로 기술통계분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 실시하고 SPSS PROCESS macro model 6을 이용하여 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과 를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 데이트폭력 경험자의 자기노출, 정신화, 의도적 반추는 외상 후 성 장에 모두 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기노출과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 정신 화와 의도적 반추가 순차적으로 매개하여 이중매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과 를 바탕으로 상담 실제에서 치료적 개입에 대한 시사점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
This study attempted to verify the dual mediating role of whether mentalization and intentional rumination affect post-traumatic growth by sequentially mediating the relationship between self-disclosure and post-traumatic growth of dating violence experienced. For this purpose, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted on a total of 179 male and female college students attending universities located across the country, and the dual mediation effect was verified using SPSS PROCESS macro model 6. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it was found that self-disclosure, mentalization, and intentional reflection of those who experienced dating violence all had a positive effect on post-traumatic growth. Second, in the relationship between self-disclosure and post-traumatic growth, mentalization and intentional rumination were found to play a dual mediating role sequentially. Based on the results of these studies, implications for therapeutic intervention in counseling practice and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
