초록
본 연구의 목적은 코로나19 이후 대전지역 청소년 자원봉사활동의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 이를 통해 청소년 자원봉사활동의 발전 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 자원봉사활동에 참여하는 대전지역 청소년 5명을 대상으로 심층면접조사를 실시하고 수집된 자료를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 청소년들의 요구를 반영한 비대면 자원봉사활동 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 비대면 청소년 자원봉사활동 프로그램의 지속적인 홍보가 필요하며, 이를 위한 청소년활동기관과 학교의 소통과 협조체계가 필요하다. 셋째, 흩어져 있는 자원봉사 시스템을 통합하는 하나의 청소년자원봉사 디지털 플랫폼 구축이 필요하다. 넷째, 어떤 상황에서도 가치를 지키는 청소년 자원봉사정책 및 제도가 필요하다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and problems of youth volunteer activity in Daejeon after COVID-19, and to propose a development plan for youth volunteer activity through this. In order to achieve this objective, an in-depth interview survey was conducted on 5 youths in Daejeon who participated in volunteer activities and the collected data were empirically analyzed. As a result, first, it is necessary to develop a non-face-to-face volunteer activity program that reflects the needs of young people. Second, continuous publicity of non-face-to-face youth volunteer activity programs is required, and for this purpose, communication and cooperation system between youth activity organizations and schools is required. Third, third, it is necessary to establish a digital platform for youth volunteering that integrates the scattered volunteer systems. Fourth, youth volunteer policies and systems that protect the values under any circumstances are needed.
