This study is a phenomenological study conducted to deeply deal with clients' experiences of non-face-to-face counseling after COVID-19. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with clients who had experienced more than 10 non-face-to-face counseling sessions, and finally, 60 semantic units, 20 sub-topics, and 6 super-topics were derived. As top topics, pre-COVID-19, experience of face-to-face counseling, and doubts about non-face-to-face counseling. Positive experiences from non-face-to-face counseling, negative experiences from non-face-to-face counseling, understanding of the necessity and role of non-face-to-face counseling, and the need for face-to-face counseling were included. With this study, experiencing the transition to non-face-to-face counseling due to COVID-19, what the clients experienced psychologically and practically in counseling and how it affected the counseling relationship, and the clients' experiences of non-face-to-face counseling in the future It seems that the counseling site is meaningful in that it raised implications and topics about what to prepare for and what changes to prepare in a technology-oriented society accelerated by COVID-19.
