The purpose of this study is to understand the type of leadership managers have and the positive emotions they perceive to identify the impact of leadership styles on emotions and whether they form clusters. Results of empirical analysis of 100 managers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk are as follows. First, In terms of differences in leadership styles according to demographic variables, there was a somewhat significant difference in the style delegated by people aged 50–59 or older than those aged 40–49. Second, the cluster difference of positive emotions according to leadership style has been shown to be significant. Third, the formation of clusters of leadership styles and positive emotions has been shown to be statistically insignificant. Therefore, the results of this study demonstrate the importance of positive emotions according to the leadership style of managers by verifying that their emotions differ depending on the leadership style.
