초록
본 연구의 목적은 사회복지법 연구의 체계적 분석틀과 역사연구에 바탕을 둔 사회복지법 변화의 관점 등을 활용하여 연구틀을 모색하고 그것을 통해 우리나라 노인복지법 변화의 특징을 확인하는데 두었다. 본 연구에서 확인된 우리나라 노인복지법 변화의 특징은 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 먼저 포괄성 차원에서의 노인복지법의 변화에는 긍정적인 특징과 부정적인 특징이 공존하는 것으로 확인되었다. 다음으로 보편성 차원과 적절성 차원에서의 노인복지법 변화에는 공통적으로 긍정적 특징이 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 각 차원에서의 노인복지법의 변화의 특징을 종합적으로 판단해보면. 대체적으로 긍정적인 특징이 우세하다고 판단내릴 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to identify the charteristics of the change of Korean welfare law for the elderly by using study framework which has been developed based on the systematic analystic framework which is useful for studing social welfare law and the perspective of the change of social welfare law. The charteristics of the dimmensions in change of the Korean welfare law for the ederly can be summerized such as followings. First, in the dimmension of comprehensiveness, the law has positive charateristic and the negative one. And then in the dimmension of coverage and adequacy, the law has positive charateristic in common. By judging from the charateristics of all kind of dimmensions in change of the Korean welfare law for the elderly, It has been identified that the law has more positive charateristics in general.
