This study made an analysis of the influence of the empowerment on the organizational commitment of workers in rehabilitation facilities and the mediating effect of the turnover intention between the two variables. We surveyed 363 workers at facilities in Deajeon and Chungnam. The analysis methods were frequency, reliability, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis, and bootstrap. The analysis result is that workers¡¯ empowerment influenced organizational commitment significantly and workers¡¯ turnover intention mediated between the two variables significantly. Based on these analysis findings, we can suggest some options to raise workers¡¯ organizational commitment and improve the level of community rehabilitation services.
