º» ¿¬±¸´Â »ó´ãÀÚÀÇ µ¿·á ¼öÆÛºñÀü °æÇè¿¡ °üÇÑ ÀνÄÀ» È®ÀÎÇϰíÀÚ ¼öÇàµÇ¾ú´Ù. À̸¦ À§ÇØ Çѱ¹ »ó´ã½É¸®ÇÐȸ ¼Ò¼Ó »ó´ã½É¸®»ç 1±Þ ÀÚ°ÝÀ» Áö´Ñ »ó´ãÀÚ 5¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¹Ý±¸Á¶È­µÈ ¸é´ãÀ» ½Ç½Ã Çϰí, ÁÖÁ¦ºÐ¼®¹æ¹ýÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÀڷḦ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ºÐ¼® °á°ú, µ¿·á ¼öÆÛºñÀüÀÇ °æÇè¿¡ °üÇÑ 6°³ÀÇ ÇÙ½ÉÁÖÁ¦¿Í 19°³ÀÇ ÇÏÀ§ÁÖÁ¦°¡ È®ÀεǾú´Ù. »ó´ãÀÚµéÀº µ¿·á ¼öÆÛºñÀüÀ» ÅëÇØ ¼­·Î ´Ù¸¥ °ßÇØ¸¦ ¼ö¿ëÇϰí, »ó´ãÀÚÀÇ ¾î·Á¿òÀ» ³ª´©¸ç, ´Ù°¢ÀûÀÎ Á¢±ÙÀ¸·Î ¹®Á¦¸¦ ¹Ù¶óº¼ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. »ó´ãÀÚµéÀº µ¿·á ¼öÆÛºñÀü¿¡¼­ ¡®ÀÚ±âÁ¡°Ë ¹× ¼ºÂû¡¯, ¡®Æí¾ÈÇÏ°Ô ³ª´©´Â °ßÇØÀÇ À塯À» °æÇèÇϰí, Æò°¡ ºÎ´ã¿¡¼­ ¹þ¾î³ª »ç·ÊÀÇ ¹æÇâÀ» ÇÔ²² °í¹ÎÇÏ¿´´Ù. »ó´ãÀÚµéÀº ¼öÆÛ¹ÙÀÌÀú¿Í ¼öÆÛ¹ÙÀÌÁö ¿ªÇÒÀ» µ¿½Ã¿¡ ¼öÇàÇϸ鼭, Àü¹®Àû ¼ºÀå°ú ¹ß´Þµµ °æÇèÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¹Ý¸é¿¡ »ó´ãÀÚ °ßÇØ Â÷À̸¦ Á¶À²Çϰųª À±¸®Àû ¹®Á¦ ÇØ°á µî¿¡¼­´Â ¼öÆÛ¹ÙÀÌÀú°¡ ¾ø´Â ºÒ¾È°¨À» º¸ÀÌ¸ç ¾î·Á¿òÀ» ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â »ó´ãÀÚÀÇ Áö¼ÓÀûÀÎ ¼ºÀå°ú Àü¹®¼º ¹ß´ÞÀ» À§ÇÑ µ¿·á ¼öÆÛºñÀüÀ» Á¦¾ÈÇÏ¿´´Ù´Â ÀÇÀǰ¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, À̸¦ ¹ÙÅÁÀ¸·Î ¿¬±¸ÀÇ Á¦ÇÑÁ¡ ¹× ÈÄ¼Ó ¿¬±¸¿¡ ´ëÇØ Á¦¾ðÇÏ¿´´Ù.

<Abstract>

This study was conducted to confirm the counselor's perception of the peer supervision experience. To this end, semi-structured interviews were conducted for 5 counselors belonging to the Korean Counseling Psychological Association, and data were analyzed using the method of Thematict analysis. The results were classified 6 topics and 19 subtopic topics on peer supervision experience. Through peer supervision, counselors were able to accept different views, share the difficulties of counselors, and look at the problem with a multifaceted approach. Counselors experienced "self-inspection and reflection" and "a comfortable sharing of views". Counselors have also experienced professional growth and development, playing a role of supervisor and supervisee. On the other hand, counselors expressed anxiety without a supervisor when coordinating differences and solving ethical problems. Based on the results, the implications for the peer supervision are dicussed.
