중소기업 종사자들이 지각하는 여가자유 정도가 긍정-부정정서 강도와 여가 장애에 미치는 영향

<요 약>
최근, 중소기업 종사자들의 노동과 여가의 균형에 대한 요구와 이에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업 종사자가 지각하고 있는 자유와 긍정적 부정적 정서 강도 시간 영향과 여가 관여 장애가 어떠한 상관이 있는지, 그리고 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 결과, 첫째, 여가 동안 지각하는 자유에서는 깊이가, 긍정과 부정적 정서 강도 시간 영향은 긍정적 정서가, 여가 장애에 있어 여가시간, 비용, 사회적 기술이 상대적으로 높은 평균으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중소기업 종사자들의 일상에서 지각하는 자유의 정도가 긍정적 부정적 정서 강도시간 영향과 여가 장애 간의 상관을 살펴본 결과, 지각하는 자유와 여가 장애의 모든 하위 영역과 긍정적 정서는 하위영역중 지각하는 능력 그리고 부정적 정서와 긍정적 정서강도의 영향과 유의미한 것으로 나타 났다. 셋째, 다중회귀분석 결과, 지각하는 자유도 하위 영역 중 지각하는 능력이 여가 장애에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

<Abstract>
Recently, a growing number of researchers have been asking for and influencing SME managers' demand for a balance between labor and leisure. In this study, The aim is to study at the perceived freedom of small business managers and how positive and negative emotional intensity affect impacts and leisure involvement dbarriers relate and impact. Results, Fisrt, Depth was found in freedom to perceive during leisure, positive and negative emotional intensity time affects were found to be positive emotions, and leisure time, cost, and social skills were relatively high in leisure barriers. Second, The correlation between positive negative emotional intensity time and leisure disorders of small and medium-sized business managers, all sub- and positive emotions of perceived freedom and leisure barriers are significant. Third, Multiple regression analysis shows that the ability to perceive among subcategory of perceived degrees of freedom has a significant negative effect on leisure barriers.
