À̸¦ À§ÇØ ¼­¿ï¡¤´ë±¸¡¤°æºÏÁö¿ªÀÇ À¯Ä¡¿ø ±³»ç 293¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¼³¹®Á¶»ç¸¦ ÇÏ¿´ À¸¸ç, ¼öÁýÇÑ ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS 25.0°ú SPSS Process Macro 3.5¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ °á°ú ´Â ´ÙÀ½°ú °°´Ù. ù°, ±³»ç¿ª·®Àº Àü¹®Àû ÇнÀȯ°æ ¹× ±³»çÈ¿´É°¨°ú À¯ÀÇÇÑ Á¤Àû »ó°ü°ü°è·Î ³ªÅ¸ ³µ´Ù. µÑ°, ±³»çÈ¿´É°¨Àº Àü¹®Àû ÇнÀȯ°æ°ú ±³»ç¿ª·®ÀÇ °ü°è¿¡¼­ ºÎºÐ¸Å°³ Çϰí ÀÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç, Åë°èÀû À¯ÀǼºÀÌ È®ÀεǾú´Ù. Áï, Àü¹®Àû ÇнÀȯ°æÀº ±³»ç¿ª·®¿¡ Á÷Á¢ÀûÀÎ ¿µÇâÀ» Áֱ⵵ ÇÏÁö¸¸ ±³»çÈ¿´É °¨À» ¸Å°³·Î ÇÏ¿© °£Á¢ÀûÀÎ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸°á°ú À¯Ä¡¿ø ±³»çÀÇ ±³»ç¿ª·®À» ³ôÀ̱â À§ÇÑ Àü¹®Àû ÇнÀȯ°æÀÇ Áö¿ø°ú ÇÔ²² ±³»ç±³À°°úÁ¤¿¡¼­ ±³»çÈ¿´É°¨À» ³ôÀ̱â À§ÇÑ ¹æ¾È¿¡ ´ëÇØ ³íÀÇÇÏ¿´´Ù.

<Abstract>

The purpose of this study is examine the mediating effect of teacher efficacy on the relationship between kindergarten teacher¡¯s professional learning environment and teacher competency. For this purpose, the surveys were conducted for 293 teachers from kindergarten, and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Process Macro 3.5. The results were as followings : First, there were significantly positive correlations among professional learning environment, teacher competency, and teacher efficacy. Second, teacher efficacy was partially mediated in the relationship between professional learning environment and teacher competency. In other words, it was found that the professional learning environment has a direct effect on teacher competency, and indirectly affects teacher efficacy as a medium. As a result of this study, we discussed ways to enhance teacher efficacy in the teacher education process along with support for a professional learning environment to enhance teacher competency of kindergarten teachers.
