<요 약>

본 연구의 목적은 학교 밖 청소년들의 자기통제력과 부모애착이 성 위험행동에 미치는 영향을 알아 보는 것이다. 학업중단과 가출 등으로 인하여 학교 밖 청소년이 매년 증가하고 있으며, 이들의 개인적․사회적 위험행동 역시 크게 증가하고 있다. 따라서 학교 밖 청소년들의 성 관련 위험행동에 영향을 주는 요인들을 검증해 보고자 한다. 연구대상은 D광역시 학교 밖 청소년 164명이다. 자료처리를 위하여 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 주요결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교 밖 청소년의 자기통제력은 성 위험행동에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 즉, 자기통제력이 높을수록 성 위험행동이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교 밖 청소년의 부모애착은 성 위험행동에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 부모애착이 높을수록 성 위험행동이 낮아진다. 이러한 연구 결과를 근거로 학교 밖 청소년의 성 위험행동을 감소시킬 수 있는 보호요인을 강화시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 처치함으로서 성 위험행동의 감소는 물론이고 긍정적 발달을 촉진 시킬 수 있음을 논의하였다.

<Abstract>

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of self-control and parental attachment on sexual risk behavior with out-of-school adolescents. The subjects of this study are 164 out-of-school adolescents in D city. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of the collected data were executed using the SPSS statistical program. The results of this sutdy are as follows: First, self-control of out-of-school adolescents has statistically meaningful influence on sexual risk behavior. Second, parental attachment of out-of-school adolescents has statistically meaningful influence on sexual risk behavior. The higher parental attachment, the lower sexual risk behavior. According to this study, it is necessary to find protective factors to reduce sexual risk behavior of out-of-school adolescents and promote their positive development.
