공군사관생도의 소명의식, 투지, 소명수행, 학교생활적응 간의 구조적 관계 모형 분석

<요 약>
본 연구는 공군사관생도의 소명의식, 투지, 소명수행, 그리고 학교생활적응간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 소명의식과 학교생활적응, 투지, 소명수행 간의 관계 그리고 소명의식과 생활 적응과의 관계에서 투지와 소명수행의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 공군사관생도 568명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Program 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시하였고, AMOS Program 21.0을 이용하여 구조방정식(SEM) 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소명의식은 투지, 수명수행, 생활적응에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 투지와 소명수행은 생활적응에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 투지와 소명수행은 소명의식과 생활적응의 관계에서 부분 매개를 하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 시사점 및 후속 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

<Abstract>
The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among Calling, Grit, Living a Calling, and Life Adjustment of ROK Air force Academy( ROKAFA) cadet. Specifically, the mediating effect of Grit and Living a Calling on the relationship between Calling and Life Adjustment were examined. Survey data from 568 cadets in ROKAFA were analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and a Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using SPSS
21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results are as follows. First, Calling correlated positively with Grit, Living a Calling, and Life Adjustment. Second, Grit and Living a Calling correlated positively with Life Adjustment. Third, Grit and Living a Calling were found to partially mediate the relationship between Calling and Life Adjustment. Implications, limitations and also directions for future research were discussed.
