À̸¦ À§ÇØ ´ë±¸°æºÏÁö¿ª À¯¾Æ±³À° ±â°ü¿¡ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â ±³»ç 550¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î Áú¹® Á¶»ç¸¦ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿© ¼º½ÇÈ÷ ÀÀ´äÇÑ 479¸íÀÇ ÀڷḦ SPSS Win 22.0 ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÇ PearsonÀÇ Àû·ü»ó°ü°ü°è¿Í À§°èÀû ȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À» ÅëÇØ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¿¬±¸ °á°ú ù°, À¯¾Æ±³À°±â°ü ±³»çÀÇ Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔÀº ±³»çÀÇ Á¶Á÷ ³Ã¼ÒÁÖÀǰ¡ ³·À» ¶§ ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ª¸ç, ¿øÀåÀÇ ¼­¹øÆ® ¸®´õ½ÊÀÌ ³ôÀ» ¶§ ³ôÀº °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. µÑ°, À¯¾Æ±³À°±â°ü ±³»çÀÇ Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔÀº ±³»ç ÀÚ½ÅÀÇ Á¶Á÷ ³Ã¼ÒÁÖÀǰ¡ ³·Àº °æ¿ì, ¿øÀåÀÇ ¼­¹øÆ® ¸®´õ½ÊÀÌ ¹ßÈֵǴ Á¤µµ¿¡ »ó°ü¾øÀÌ ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ±×·¯³ª ±³»çÀÇ Á¶Á÷ ³Ã¼ÒÁÖÀǰ¡ ³ôÀº °æ¿ì ¿øÀåÀÇ ¼­¹øÆ® ¸®´õ½ÊÀÌ ³ô°í ³·À½¿¡ µû¶ó Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔÀÇ º¯µ¿ ÆøÀÌ ´Þ¶óÁö´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. <Abstract>

This study investigated the moderating effect of supervisor's servant leadership on the relationship between teacher's organizational cynicism and their organizational commitment. The subjects were 479 teachers employed in early childhood educational institution in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Provinces. The collected data were analyzed by means of Person's correlations and hierarchical regressions with the use of SPSS Win 22.0. The results were as follows. First, the main effects of teacher's organizational cynicism and supervisor's servant leadership on teacher's organizational commitment were observed. Second, interaction effects of teacher's organizational cynicism and supervisor's servant leadership on tercher's organizational commitment were observed. The results of this study can be used to promote early childhood educational institution teacher's organizational commitment through the teacher's organizational cynicism and supervisor's servant leadership.
