<요 약>

본 연구는 국내의 애착외상에 대한 연구동향을 살펴봄으로써, 애착외상에 대한 이해와 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2006년부터 2021년 2월까지 총 135편의 국내에서 발간된 학위 논문과 학술지를 분석하였다. 연구발표 시기는 2006년부터 2013년까지 증가 추세를 보이다가 2019년에 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 연구대상은 성인이 제일 많았고, 측정도구는 Bernstein과 Fink(1998)가 개발한 CTQ(Childhood Trauma Questionnaire)척도를 가장 많이 사용하였다. 연구 방법으로 조사연구가 가장 많았으며, 사용된 통계분석은 매개효과 검증이 가장 많았다. 내용분석 에서 매개변인, 조절변인, 종속변인을 7가지 요소로 분류하여 살펴본 결과 매개변인 중에서 정서적 요소의 변인으로 애착유형이 가장 많았고, 조절변인은 인지적 요소의 갈등해결전략, 정서지능, 탈중 심화가 많았다. 종속변인의 경우, 정서적 요소의 변인으로 우울이 가장 많이 연구되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 애착외상 연구에 대한 시사점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

<Abstract>

The purpose of this study is to enhance the understanding of attachment trauma by examining the trends of researching attachment trauma in Korea and to present the direction and basic foundation for future attachment trauma research. To this end, a total of 135 articles and academic journals published in Korea from 2006 to February 2021 were analyzed. As a result, first, in terms of the basic matters, the research began in 2006, increased in 2013, and then reached the highest number in 2019. By the development stage of the research subjects, adults were researched in the largest numbers. Second, in terms of the measurement tools, the CTQ (Childhood Trauma Questionnaire) scale developed by Bernstein and Fink (1998) was the most used. Third, in terms of methodologies, the survey research was conducted the most. Fourth, in terms of statistical analysis, the mediating effect verification was used the most. Fifth, in terms of content analysis, the mediating variable, the controlling variable, and the dependent variable were classified into 7 factors. Among the mediating variables, attachment type was the most studied as the variable of the emotional factor, conflict resolution strategy, emotional intelligence, and decentralization were the variables of the cognitive factor in the controlling variable, and depression was the most studied as the variable of the emotional factor in the dependent variable. Finally, the implications and significance of the findings of this study, as well as suggestions for further study were presented.
