<요 약>
본 연구의 목적은 외상 후 성장 관련 연구들을 체계적이고 종합적으로 분석하여 외상 후 성장의 연구 동향을 알아봄으로써 추후 외상 후 성장 연구가 나아갈 방향에 대한 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2006년부터 최근 2020년까지 국내에서 게재된 상담 관련 분야의 학회지 논문 127편을 대상으로 연구대상, 측정도구, 연구방법, 관련변인 등에 대해 분석하였다. 외상 후 성장 관련 연구는 2017년부터 2019년까지 최근 3년 동안 많이 이루어졌으며, 그중에서도 2019년도는 21편(16.5.%)으로 연구가 가장 많이 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상은 성인을 대상으로 한 연구가 99.5편(78.3%) 으로 가장 많았으며, 외상 후 성장에 관한 측정도구는 Tedeschi, Calhoun(1996)이 개발한 외상 후 성장 척도(PTGI)를 송승훈(2007)이 번안하고 타당화 한 한국판 외상 후 성장 척도(K-PTGI)가 51편 (51.5%)으로 가장 많이 사용되는 것으로 나타났다. 연구방법으로는 양적 연구가 97편(76.4.%)으로 가장 많이 이루어졌다.

<Abstract>
The purpose of this study is to provide data on the future direction of post-traumatic growth research by analyzing the post-traumatic growth related studies systematically and comprehensively to find out the research trend of post-traumatic growth. To this end, research subjects, measurement scale, research methods and related variables were analyzed from 127 journal articles in the field of counseling published in Korea from 2006 to recent 2020. Post-traumatic growth-related research has been conducted a lot in the last three years from 2017 to 2019. Among them, 21 studies(16.5%) were the highest in 2019. As for the research subjects, 99.5 studies(78.3%) were the most common among adults, As a measurement scale for post-traumatic growth, the Korean version of post-traumatic growth scale(K-PTGI), which Song Seung-hoon(2007) developed and validated the post-traumatic growth scale(PTGI) developed by Tedeschi, Calhoun(1996), was the most frequently used as 51(51.5%) studies. As for the research method, quantitative research was the most frequent with 97 pieces(76.4%).
