<요 약>
본 연구는 좌뇌와 우뇌의 수평적 뇌 차원과 대뇌피질-변연계-뇌간의 수직적 뇌 차원을 고려한 6개 유형으로 구분함으로써 리더십 유형을 진단할 수 있는 뇌친화적 리더십 유형 검사 도구를 개발하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 2017년 6월부터 12월까지 예비조사와 본 조사 과정을 거쳐서 중소기업에 근무하고 있는 512명의 연구대상자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 특히, 뇌친화적 리더십 유형의 검사도구를 개발하기 위해 문항 분석, 문항-전체 상관 분석 방법, 신뢰도 분석, 구성타당도 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로서, 뇌친화적 리더십 유형은 분석가 유형 11개 문항, 실험가 유형 9개 문항, 운영자 유형 11개 문항, 조정자 유형 14개 문항, 개혁가 유형 14개 문항, 봉사자 유형 12개 문항 등 6개 영역 71개 문항을 최종 개발하였다. 본 연구 에서 개발한 뇌친화적 리더십 유형 검사를 통해서 두뇌 성향과 특성을 고려한 리더십 유형의 장점과 단점을 파악하는 것은 물론, 전뇌(whole-brain) 통합적인 리더십을 발휘할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발 할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

<Abstract>
The purpose of this study is to develop a brain-friendly leadership type scale that can diagnose leadership type by dividing them into six types, considering the horizontal brain dimensions of the left and right brain and the vertical brain dimensions of the cerebral cortex, limbic system, and brain stem. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, data were collected and analyzed for 512 research subjects working in small and medium-sized enterprises through preliminary and main investigation processes from June to December 2017. In particular, question analysis, question-total correlation analysis method, reliability analysis, and configuration feasibility analysis were conducted to develop brain-friendly leadership type scale. As a result of this study, 71 questions in 6 areas were developed, including 11 questions of analyst type, 9 questions of experimenter type, 11 questions of operator type, 14 questions of mediator type, 14 questions of reformer type, and 12 questions of volunteer type. The brain-friendly leadership type scale developed in this study is meaningful in that it can identify the advantages and disadvantages of leadership types considering brain propensity and characteristic, as well as develop a program that can demonstrate whole-brain integrated leadership.
