간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스와 정신건강의 관계에서 감성지능의 매개효과*

<요 약>
본 연구는 임상실습스트레스와 정신건강의 관계에서 감성지능의 매개효과를 확인하고자 시행되었다. 이를 위해 충청지역 소재한 2개 대학교에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 간호대학생 132명이 참여하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 임상실습스트 레스의 실습상황, 감성지능의 감성활용, 정신건강의 정신적대감 간 상관관계가 나타났다. 실습상황 스트레스는 감성활용과 부적 상관관계가 있었고 정신 적대감과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 감성활용은 정신적대감과 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 매개효과 분석결과 감성활용은 실습상황으로 인한 임상 실습스트레스와 정신적대감 간의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 감성지능 향상을 통한 정신적 건강이 증진 될 수 있도록 돕는 간호교육과정이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다.

<Abstract>
This study was conducted to confirm the effect of clinical practice stress on mental health and to confirm the mediating effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship between the two variables. To this end, a survey was conducted on 3rd and 4th grade nursing college students enrolled in two colleges area and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The main results are as follows. First, there was a correlation between the practice situation, emotional use and mental hostility. The practice situation was negatively correlated with emotional use and positively correlated with mental hostility. Emotional use was negatively correlated with mental hostility. Second, as a result of mediating effect analysis, it was found that emotional use plays a role as a partial mediating in the relationship between clinical practice stress by the practice situation and mental hostility. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that a nursing curriculum that helps nursing students' mental health through improvement of emotional intelligence is needed.
