 º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ADHDÀÇ Æò°¡ ¹× Ä¡·á¸¦ À§ÇÑ °¡»óÇö½Ç ±â¹Ý ¿¬±¸ µ¿ÇâÀ» ¾Ë¾Æº¸´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î, 2006³âºÎÅÍ 2020³â±îÁö ±¹¿Ü ÇмúÁö¸¦ ÅëÇØ ¹ßÇàµÈ ADHD¸¦ À§ÇÑ °¡»óÇö½Ç ±â¹Ý ½ÇÇ迬±¸ 25ÆíÀ» °íÂûÇÏ¿´´Ù. ºÐ¼®°á°ú, ±¹¿Ü¿¡¼­´Â °¡»óÇö½Ç ±â¹Ý ±â¼úÀÌ ADHD¸¦ À§ÇÑ ºñ¾à¹°Ä¡·áÀÇ »õ·Î¿î ÆÐ·¯´ÙÀÓÀ¸·Î Ȱ¿ëµÇ°í ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ¿¬±¸ Âü¿©ÀÚÀÇ ¿¬·ÉÀº 8¡­14¼¼·Î Çзɱ⠾Ƶ¿°ú û¼Ò³âÀÌ °¡Àå ¸¹¾ÒÀ¸¸ç, ¿¬±¸ÁÖÁ¦·Î´Â Æò°¡µµ±¸ Ÿ´çµµ °ËÁõ, ÀçȰ ¹× Ä¡·á, ±×¸®°í ÇൿƯ¼º ºÐ¼®À̾ú´Ù. ±× Áß, °¡»óÇö½Ç ±â¹Ý ADHD Æò°¡µµ±¸ÀÇ Å¸´çµµ °ËÁõÀÌ °¡Àå ¸¹¾Ò´Ù. ÁßÀç ¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î´Â ADHDÀÇ Æ¯¼ºÀÎ »ê¸¸ÇÑ Á¶°ÇÇÏ¿¡¼­ ÁÖÀÇ, ÁýÁß ±×¸®°í ¿¬¼Ó¼öÇà·ÂÀ» Æò°¡Çϰí Çâ»ó½Ã۱â À§ÇØ °¡»óÇö½Ç±³½Ç(Virtual Reality Classroom)ÀÌ °¡Àå ¸¹ÀÌ »ç¿ëµÇ¾ú´Ù. ¾Æ¿ï·¯ °¡»óÇö½Ç ±â¹ÝÀÇ ÁßÀç´Â ±âÁ¸ ¹æ½ÄÀÇ ÁßÀç¿Í ºñÇØ ¾ÈÀüÇϰí ÅëÁ¦°¡ ¿ëÀÌÇÑ °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿¬±¸°á°ú¸¦ Åä´ë·Î ±¹³»¿¡¼­ ADHD¸¦ À§ÇÑ °¡»óÇö½Ç ±â¼ú Ȱ¿ë ¹× Èļӿ¬±¸¸¦ À§ÇÑ Á¦¾ðÀ» Á¦½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù.

<Abstract>

 The purpose of this study is to examine the research trends on virtual reality-based evaluation and treatment for ADHD. For this, 25 virtual reality-based experimental studies for ADHD published through foreign journals from 2006 to 2020 were selected. It was shown that virtual reality-based technology was utilized as a new paradigm in non-drug treatment. The age of the participants in the studies were 8 to 14, mostly children and adolescents, and the research topics were assessment tool validation, rehabilitation and treatment, and behavior characteristic analysis. The most frequent research topic was assessment tool validation. As an intervention, the Virtual Reality Classroom which aims to improve the attention, concentration and continuous performance under the distracting conditions of ADHD was used the most. In addition, this technology as an intervention was found to be safe, easy to control. The implication for applications and further research on VR based technology for ADHD was discussed with respect to the findings.
