<Abstract>
This study aims to provide the basic data for better day care services for the disabled by analyzing the meaning of the experience of mothers who have grown-up children with developmental disabilities in using a day care center. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted on four mothers who have grown-up children with developmental disabilities who were using a day care center, and the collected data were analyzed to derive the results. The results of the analysis can be categorized into 'Thankful of having a place to go,' 'Always on standby and edge,' 'Lack of facilities, Information blind spot¡¯, ¡®Limited services,' 'Is it ultimately up to the family? A fear of the future of children and after their parents' death', etc. The study presented practical implications and suggestions based on these analysis results.
