<요 약>
본 연구는 상담자의 성인 애착 불안과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절의 매개 효과를 검증하기 위하여 최소 3회기 이상 상담을 진행한 서울 및 수도권 소재의 상담자 총 196명을 대상으로 온라인 및 오프라인 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하고, 부트스트랩핑 검증법으로 매개효과의 유의성을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면, 첫째, 상담자의 성인 애착 불 안은 심리적 소진, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절과 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절은 심리적 소진과 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 상담자의 성인 애착 불안과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절은 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 상담 자의 성인 애착 불안이 심리적 소진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 뿐 아니라 성인 애착 불안의 상담자 가 심리적 소진을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 또한 본 연구에 서의 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언으로 표집, 자료 수집 및 분석 과정에서의 일반화 가능성에 대해 논의하였다.

<Abstract>
This study examined an online and offline survey of 196 counselors in Seoul and the metropolitan area who conducted at least three sessions of counseling to verify the mediating effect of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship between adult attachment anxiety and burnout. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 for descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, and the structural equation model analysis was conducted using AMOS 23.0, and the significance of the mediating effect was confirmed by bootstrapping verification method. According to the results of this study, first, adult attachment anxiety of counselors showed a significant positive correlation with burnout and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation, and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation showed a significant positive correlation with burnout. Second, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation partially mediated the relationship between adult attachment anxiety and burnout of counselors. This study aims to find out how counselors’ adult attachment anxiety affects burnout, and to find out specific ways to prevent adult attachment anxiety counselors from burnout effectively. In addition, the limitations of this study and the possibility of generalization in the process of sampling, data collection, and analysis were discussed as a suggestion for further research.
